![]() ![]() I emailed their help center multiple times about not receiving a refund and was told that I was sent an email containing an e gift card and to check for it. It is now and I have yet to receive a refund or store credit. Based on the tracking they provide, the package arrived back to their facility on 6/26. On, I sent some of the items back to be refunded. I placed an order on worth $314.16 with the tracking number *********. I paid Fashion Nova the money, it is Fashion Novas job to make sure my package gets delivered to me. To note, with all of the people getting shot/hurt/killed for going to somebody elses property and knocking on the door, it is not my job to put myself in danger and go to somebody elses property to retrieve my package. The attached photo is my package at the wrong house. I have never experienced a company, making this type of mistake and not fixing it for the customer. A successful delivery would mean that I actually received my package. Ive already filed a police report today July 13 and Ive been shopping with Fashion Nova for years and this is how theyve chosen to treat me as a repeat customer for something thats their fault. Theyve made it clear that they are not taking any responsibility for me not getting my package and that its up to me to go and harass my neighbors to try and get my package back even though Fashion Nova already has my money and has not filled their end of the transaction, which is delivering the goods to me that I paid for. ![]() And that basically its my loss for their mistake. Fashion Nova told me to wait two days from the delivery date to be able to file any type of claim and when I reached out at the end of the day yesterday, July 12, I then received an email from Fashion Nova with a photo of my package at someone elses house and them telling me that because its marked as delivered, theyre not going to help me, theyre not going to refund me, and theyre not going to resend my items. Items purchased on JOrder: ********* Delivered to the wrong address on July 10, 2023.I never received my items. At this point Im fed up and they have lost a customer and I lost ******** I work so hard for. Then someone emailed me and said that they apologize and they send me a link to have my merchandise to be resend it says in the email that it expires in 30 days I open and received it a hour later and its says its been disabled so I contacted them again about that situation and that was two days ago. I asked them why did the delivery man/women **** it as delivered then they said it was error and that the driver will be held responsible but to contact the seller to figure out where the package is so for another week I contact and email fashion nova four days straight for them to tell me to wait another 72 hours in each email. So I ask well why didnt the delivery driver do that? Then they said they had to do an investigation and they said they do not have a tracking on any package of mine they never received a package for me. So I called on trac the delivery service and they said it was delivered on July 2nd and I told them no package was delivered and what was the protocol when a delivery driver delivers a package they said they are supposed to take a picture and **** as delivered. I never received a package no one on block has it either. I waited 3 weeks no package for them to say we lost your package ok then another week went by and they said your package was delivered on July 2nd. I placed a order on June 14th I qualified for free shipping which is a one week times. I placed a order from fashion nova like I have many times before. ![]()
